to de-badge or not to de-badge

Hi all

After having my ghibli for about three months I am loving it more and more.

However one change I am thinking of making is removing the ghibli and q4 badges from the trunk lid.

I had an 07 quattroporte before I got the ghibli and one thing I really liked was there was no model indication on the outside of the car, it just said Maserati. then when someone sits in the car they are greated by a nice large model badge infront of them, I felt that added to the specialness...

I want to do the same thing on the ghibli and have just the maserati badge on the exterior. what do you guys think?

Also one other thing I loved on my QP was the sport GT logo on the b pillar I would love to put something similar on the pillar of the ghibli, every time I look at it I can't help but feel its naked. any thoughts.

Thanks

Did you do it yourself? Was it a major PIA to get the residue off?

I took my Ghibli badge off the day after I collected mine. Looks so much cleaner IMHO.

Personal preference of course but I tend to de-badge all of my cars.

Personal taste...I personally wouldn't remove them..
They do this a lot in Europe on big cars.
