Sick Ghibli deal

Just got my Ghibli on a 36 months/ 10k miles lease on a 74MSRP ghibli for $488+tax/month with $0 down, basic drive off!!

After driving M3 and M5 for the past 6 years, i am very happy with the car the first day, same size as the M5 but drives like a smaller car, i am amazed by how it drives so far!! Unbelievable!!

This would require a significant amount down, or a discount of over 21,000 on a 2017.
please provide more details, as I call shenanigans.

I second that!! There's no reason for any dealers to be discounting that much on '17's

$488/month $0 down, $1800 drive off including documents, acquisition, first month payments and taxes. 10k miles/36 months. They did more than 22k discount on a 73k MSRP car. They ran out of 30+ cars within 24 hours. The deal is gone LOL, so lucky to have one!!! I was never in the market for Maserati, never even look at it, i was close on signing with Audi on an A7 and saw this deal Wed afternoon, i signed the next day when they open at 9am. All cars were gone by night time that day when i picked up the car. Super sick!!

This deal was very real. Got there today at 4:30pm and the deal was gone. Story is... CEO of Maserati challenged the owner of this dealership and told him that he couldn't move 30 base model cars by the end of the month.

Owner of dealership said "Challenge Accepted" and put up the $0 Down / Drive Off / $488 + Tax / 36mo / 10k deal.

Cars had to be under $75k. Not a dollar over.

I tried to get a deal done on a $75,220 car and the numbers were nowhere close. +$150 from the offer.

Going to try a 2016 tomorrow morning in another part of California.

If anyone knows of any other blow outs please post!

I don't have any idea how this deal could possibly work behind the scenes, but it reminds me of the story of the CEO that wants to sell a widget for $5, but the CFO says it costs $6 to make, but the CEO says "Well sell a million of 'em, so we'll make it up in volume".

Apparently leasehackr forum picked up this deal as well. Someone has included details of their lease towards the end at comment #39
