Lease NY - What is a good deal?

Hello Everyone. I am looking to lease a 2017 SQ4 from New York with the following options paid options.

Bleu Emo
20" Urano Diamond
Red break calipers
Sports Steering wheel heated
shift paddles
remote start
heated windshield washers

I've spoke to one dealer that offered me a white base model for $749 0 down payment but I still have to pay the sales tax+ a couple other fees I think. That was with 7500 miles.

I have sent a couple dealers an email tonight and waiting to hear back. Not sure if I want 7500 miles or 10k

What would be considered a good deal? What fees are usually negotiable if I come across a good dealer?

Appreciate any input. Excited to possibly be leasing an SQ4 soon if I am happy with the terms and payment.

It seems the the sports steering wheel is only available if I get the sports package which in that case I can do without it.

Also the dealer told me they can no longer order 2017's and if I ordered wit would have to be 2018 and it would take 3-4 months.

Have not been offered a sale price yet. No dealer can find a car with the specs I want.

You will not get a good deal if you shop like that unless you dont mind paying extra.
If you can grab something from dealers inventory you can get a better discount.

On a 84k msrp I will aim 20-25% off msrp.

Negotiate selling price is important.
I got 28% off MSRP on Ghibli. End of the month deal and dealer was desperate to take a loss to meet their quota for the month. This cars can be heavily discounted believe me. But like I said above if you want the specs that are hard to find will be difficult to get a good deal on.

Usually best deals are on cars in dealer inventory and cars that been sitting for a while.

I cannot help in New York, but I can attest that there are great deals to be had on the Ghibli SQ4. See here. I would use this ad to convince your dealer to offer a similar deal. If not, I would look outside of NY and consider shipping the car.

On the sale price, I'd expect 20% or more off MSRP.

Nice! Beginning to make a little more sense. Where is that ad from? Maybe having a car shipped would be a better option.

Anaheim Hills, CA, but I think they just sold their last 2017 SQ4 in inventory. However, they have a bunch of S's.

In that ad they want a big upfront payment, which is not good. Assuming your credit is good, they should agree to dispense with the down and add it to the monthly payments.

1xRYD3Rx1's advice is very good. To make the best deal you really need to find something that is already in inventory, and preferably has been on the lot for awhile. Most dealers have searchable inventories on line. Find the car yourself that matches as close as possible to what you want.

Gotcha. So does anyone know what other dealers in the country might have amazing deals where it will be worth shipping a car?

Edit:
I'm going to start looking now. If anyone can find one with the below specs and I can make a deal happen I will send $100 to your paypal.

2017
Color: Blue Emo / Black / Silver / Dark Blue
20" Urano Diamond
Red break calipers
Brown interior AND dash

Options:
Shift paddles
Remote Start
