Glad to be here . Unfortunately need help

Good morning all. Fellow Ghibli owner from the uk.

2015 Ghibli S
68000miles
Was going strong with zero faults until this morning.

Glad to be here and hoping to get some advice for a unwell ghibli S. I didn't even know about this forum until I started looking into resolving my issues with my pride and joy.

I wish I'd known earlier as the community seems strong, looking forward to getting involved and gleening some advice from fellow drivers and maybe offering some of my own if i can.

Andy

Welcome, I've just commented on your thread. I'm relatively new as well and in the Uk, although I have a dirty diesel.

Cheers for the welcome. Tough week sorting this out. Unfortunately I cant recover my car due to access issues where i live so struggling to find a mechanic that will or willing to attempt a fix on site. Looking forward to sharing ideas and banter with fellow forum folk

Can you get a few people and push it to a location you can recover it? You can release it from park by pulling the lever under the trim of the passenger floor.

Steering lock engaged. So cant turn the wheel without engine running. Go figure!!! I love this car but starting to think I should have learnt from owning a ducati.... that spent more time in the shop than on the road 😭😭.

Thanks for the suggestion though.

Appreciate every one

Andy

Steering lock should come off with the ignition? Without the engine running it will be heavy but it should move.

BGB.Apreciate the insight. Mines not releasing at all so maybe a immobiliser feature. The drama continues.
