2013 Maserati Ghibli Hearing clapping noise while driving

looked under car and tires the only thing I could see was a black rubber hose dangling on front passenger tire. I looked on driver tire it has same hose but tighter wondering if it could be the source of noise if anyone has encountered please share info thank you in advance
