The Ghibli S Q4 adds rear-biased AWD. In the U.S. (and I believe Canada), one needs to order the Ghibli S Q4 in order to get the S motor (higher boost and different camshafts). Other markets can just order the Ghibli S without all-wheel-drive if desired.
I already saw it @ my dealer, its very nice ,the red give a little more sportive look to your car, but the blue should be my second choice.

Did you use the A/S plus on previous cars? They look like the best tire in dry/wet conditions but not as good as Conti Extremes for the snow like we had last year. If you go with the theory that 1 in 9 Winters are that bad then seems like a good choice for all seasons; so for years like IMO we have two choices - leave the baby in the garage :cryingr then and only then swap to another set of rims with true all winters
