The Ghibli v6 doesn't have valve cover gaskets, they're glued on. Could be a manufacture defect and nothing to worry about.... they noticed a leak and replaced/resealed valve cover gaskets. Is that a major concern that the gasket was replaced around 40K miles?
I have the exact same bubble... low profile tires + curb/pothole = bad day.Coincidentally, 2 or 3 cars i've seen had a small bubble on a tire..wonder if the weight and suspension stiffness makes their tires prone to pothole damage..
I lost two on a Jag on a UK Motorway.....The Ghibli v6 doesn't have valve cover gaskets, they're glued on. Could be a manufacture defect and nothing to worry about.

I actually hit a pothole in my BMW once, cut a hole right though the sidewall. Had to get a flatdeck as BMW's don't carry spares and runflats are BS. Amazingly though, rim was undamaged.
