I doubt you're alone with that problem. I was alarmed the first time I spotted 'fog' it my headlights (after a wash usually as it doesn't venture out if it's raining)...

I haven't done anything about it as it has happened 'sporadically' since it was new. It always seems to clear itself & both headlight lens are still crystal clear...like new.

If it's similar circumstances to mine it may be more trouble than it's worth to remove the covers & reseal...of course if it's a major problem & you have water pooling in the bottom of one/both...then yes it needs attention.

Let us know how you go.

Cheers Mark

Hi Mark, thank you for your comment. I just think it looks a little untidy, the rest of the car is pretty immaculate for the age. I've heard all sorts like guys getting out there with a hair dryer on an extension lead... :)

It's no trouble, if there were a quick easy fix I'd do it - but I might just respond to anyone who comments - "It's a Maserati, what do you expect?"

In my experience it clears quite quickly…especially on a warm day. Not quite the hairdryer type but it does get pampered a little. Not my daily drive so can be a little selective with what conditions it’s driven in.
I’m sad to see that the Ghibli is being dropped from 2024 & although I probably have the lowest mileage for year in Australia I would have updated it for the Trofeo Ghibli next year.
My dealer seems keen to see me in a Gracale but having never been keen on the Levante…or any SUV’s to be honest I’m keen to see the new GranTurismo when it arrives next year. I think the 3ltr Nettuno engine as used in the MC20 will be exciting in the GT.
Until then I’ll continue to enjoy the Ghibli.
