I've got to get a new front bumper, mines a2014 however the 2017 bumper is cheaper and from what I can tell the grille and vents all share the same part numbers as a 2014. Mine has the headlight washers and parking sensors. Is it a direct swap, from pictures I can't tell any difference.

how do you find the information that tells you have all the same part numbers etc?
Hello Guys, I'm new to this forum. I have a 2017 Maserati Ghibli S. I have upgraded the front and the rear bumper with the GT model without any issues except the wiring for the front & rear parking sensors, which I had to extend. The Maserati dealer will not give you any support. They go only by VIN. and have a hard time thinking out of the box. At least, this is my experience with the local dealership 😅

Welcome to the forum. Thanks for sharing the possibilities to changeout the bumpers. The dealers are pretty restricted in what they can officially do ... some will be more open to sharing out of the box possibilities for you to explore.

Thanks for this!!
They only know what their head office tells them, which is to replace whatever little thing is wrong with the ENTIRE mechanism instead of fixing the little problem. Corporate doesn’t reward for thinking outside of the box, as it doesn’t usually pay as much.

Keep in mind, these are the same people that tell you (and charge you) 3 hours labor for an oil change I do in my driveway in 20 minutes.

I don’t believe a word a dealer has to say.

Ordered these, honestly it took forever to arrive, but they did. I'll test fit them in the next few week before getting them painted.

Rear, plus the large box they came in. All the grill pieces are below in the smaller box.

So two problems....
1. The new bumper doesn't have the cut-out for the headlight washers. Honestly, I didn't even know the car had headlight washers. It sucks, but headlight washers don't matter too much to me.

2. The kit didn't come with the 360deg front mount for the camera. The mount on the original bumper is a slightly different in shape and won't fit. I'm calling around the local dealerships but no one can find a part number. :(

This is a problem, I can live without headlight washers but not without the camera system working properly.
Sharing my experience. Got damaged quattroporte 2018MY with granlusso package. Successfully replaced damaged front bumper with the one from Trofeo version. For QP it was literally Plug&Play solution.
