My 2015 Ghibli
1 mtc display screen won’t come on
2 turn signals won’t work
3 windscreen wipers won’t stop wiping
4 keeps frying every fuse I put in the radio (f37)
5 ac buttons won’t light up or work

how do I fix it?

Correct me if I am wrong but I believe I've heard on this site that that can be a battery issue. Not sure on the Reset process But I know there is one! Perhaps a maserati Tech could help you.

Could be a bad battery or short. I'd remove battery terminals, then reconnect to battery and see if that resolves.
If that doesn't resolve make sure the battery is not too weak. If still a problem, time to have a service tech take a look.
