What is that photo showing us?
It was only letting me download one photo at a time. I am installing my dash today and will upload more photos and a video by the end of the week.
I admire your ability and ambition. I do 85% of the work on all our vehicles, from the Maserati, to my previous Ferrari, to my wife’s Bentley, but have to draw the line somewhere, and the anxiety of wire looms is more than I can be reasonably expected to handle. To each their own .. I labeled each wire with blue tape and a sharpie and the wiring was not as bad on reinstall but getting it apart with no directions was not fun at all ! I hope this post can help one guy in need . It took me 12 hours to figure out how to get it apart and 4 to put it back together . Posting pics of it back together later today
Nice Job ... you are absolutely correct not for the timid. I could just imagine getting put back together by miracle and something doesn't work and need to remove again.I have also replaced the dash in my 2014 Ghibli with a 2019 dash. Looks like somewhere along the way they started stapling them around the center speaker to avoid shrinkage.
I elected to remove the entire assembly rather than just the pad. I would probably go that route again. I did swap the lower portion of the dash around the radio as it looked a bit different. I found a tracking device buried in the dash along the way.
not for the timid that’s for sure!
You are welcome !Thanks for the photos! First time I've seen the Ghibli dash apart like that.
