Looks like a great deal to me - especially with 15k a year in mileage! Where are you getting the car from?

Great deal. Take it.
Although it's interesting that they have adjusted the residual down from 54%.
I wonder if this is because the model year is almost over or if they realize the value of these things are dropping like stones.

What is your state sales tax rate? I ask because I do not see your actual monthly payment listed anywhere.

Looks like a good deal though. I was happy with mine and my numbers were:

MSRP 89120
selling price 75842
discount 13278 (14.9%)

MF (tied to your credit) and residual (tied to mileage) are up to the bank so really your selling price is your main negotiating point.

Yours is 17.8%. Plus looks like you're in a state that taxes the payment rather than requiring tax on the entire car upfront. (you saved tax on half of the car!)

My sales tax is 8% and we pay monthly with the lease payment.

I believe the residual is adjusted down to 48% because my mileage is at 15K per year.

Good point about the residual being lower. Most 36mo Ghibli leases i have seen have a 52% residual. I just leased my SQ4 8/15/14 and it was 52% as well.

Everyone - as posted above the residual changes based on lease mileage 10k, 12k, 15k just like every other car brand lease.

10k 52 residual
12k 50 residual
15k 48 residual

Yes being a first year model maserati/the bank are not as sure where values will fall but the variance in residual is mileage based.
