Luxury Rental

Mind blown!

I stepped off an airplane in Orlando for work and went to Enterprise Rental Car. I was given a free upgrade to a Luxury or Exotic because I have umpteen points. They walked me out to a forest green Ghibli with Black Interior. I did not know such a color existed. I am wondering was this custom or was it repainted after a wreck? I have seen QPs in green before.

I guess at the time I was more shocked to see a Ghibli as a rental car. I opted for another vehicle, but I thought the Green Ghibli was strange.

I got an opporutnity to drive the Porsche Carrera around Orlando for a couple days. It was really fun to drive. I have owned a Porsche and I am a fan, but I was a bit disappointed that the Carrerra was not a peppy as I would have thought, and the interior was drab. They could have done a better job. Also, the sound of the base exhaust is bland too. I would definitely seek aftermarket exhaust and tune if I was fortunate enough to land another Porsche. But you cannot beat the opportunity to drive a Porsche on a free upgrade for $114.00 which is what I booked for a standard car.
I think it was a wrap

I believe it was a wrap. It looked like it was painted, but until just a day or so ago I did not realize how seamless wraps are and how closely they look to paint. I saw a mirror-wrapped BMW on my commute a few days ago. Looks great but I wonder how the car looks under the wrap and would it screw up the original paint?
