What exterior colors have been shown for the Ghibli so far? So far I have only seen red, white, blue, and silver through Google. Any others? What color are you hoping Maserati will add?

This is a speculative rendering, not an actual production Ghibli. As a matter of fact, I do not think there are any photos yet of a red Ghibli.
