All truth I did not know Maserati has been around for 100 years. Today (December 2nd) kicks off their year long anniversary celebration leading up to December 1, 2014. Exactly 100 years to the date of founding.

Maseratis first move is the special Centennial logo, no word on if we will be seeing that logo on vehicles or not. To all you with Ghiblis coming late this year/early next year keep us posted on if you see any Centennial badging on your vehicle.

everything you could want to know about the 100 year anniversary celebrations can be found on the Maserati100 website...

Some 100 year anniversary special editions would be awesome. They could put this unique badge on it and add in some other cool options. I could see some merchandise being sold for the celebration too. Wonder what else Maserati actually has planned?

Maserati centennial celebration in the US!

Maserati just announced “Cento anni di Maserati—100 Years of Maserati”, a series of four events to celebrate the centennial here in the USA.

Owners can participate in exclusive multi-city activities to showcase their coveted automobiles at this significant centenary milestone.

To register, Maserati has created a specific web site: Cento Anni Di Maserati (live from Monday, October 13)

Event Details:

• Washington, D.C. – Saturday, November 1, 2014
The monumental commencement of the Cento anni di Maserati events will allow guests to embark on a scenic drive across Chain Bridge, George Washington Parkway and Rock Creek Parkway. Along the route, drivers will pass the famous Arlington Memorial Bridge and see some of our capital’s most iconic architecture. This exclusive parade of Maserati vehicles will conclude with a private reception at the Italian Embassy, where Maserati guests embrace the spirit of Italian history and culture.

• Miami, Florida – Friday, November 7, 2014
The Miami event is a celebration of unique Maserati design, beginning at the Pérez Art Museum Miami, home to contemporary and international works of art from the 20th and 21st centuries. Guests will enjoy light hors d'oeuvres, coffee and espresso before driving across the MacArthur Causeway and along Ocean Drive to arrive at the Miami International Auto Show. A reserved parking lot will be available and Maserati owners will have the opportunity to tour the Auto Show before anyone else.

• Los Angeles, California – Saturday, November 22, 2014
Join Maserati to see our future: the Maserati Alfieri Concept car. In Los Angeles, the Maserati centennial celebration will start at the renowned Santa Monica Pier, where guests will revel in the history of this 100- year-old landmark. From there, Maseratis will caravan to the Los Angeles Auto Show for an exclusive reception at the Maserati display, where the Alfieri concept car will be the featured display.

The Grand Finale! The grand finale of the Cento anni di Maserati will begin with a reception at the Pritzker Pavilion followed by a very special Italian opera at the Harris Theater.
