Are you sure the navigation will be standard on the 2015 RWD ghibli?

I've ordered this model but I had to take business pack for my navigation...

I posted directly from the 2015 ordering guide.:nerd:

I posted in other threads that when I ordered a 2015 the online order system did not seem to reflect all the content of the order guide and final pricing not availble until late July.

DD

BTW: Based on final pricing date (and post from Joe300) it would not surprise me that 2015s are only made from September 2014 onwards and I would get my car until Nov 2014 :crying:

UPDATE: According my dealer is this only for the US model and not for the EU model.

Have prices been announced yet for 2015 models?

In Europe, the diesel is the first car (to my knowledge) where this variant is cheaper than the petrol version.

If it sells well in Europe I can see the price going up relative to the petrol.

Belgium catalog price for Diesel is: 67.034€ incl. tax
Petrol 330hp : 68.970€ incl.

My dealer states that Maserati is telling them to expect a 10-15% price increase in the 2015 model... That's a lot for some 19" wheels and all season tires!

Thanks.

It does seem there is a narrowing of the difference between diesel and petrol. In the UK, the original list price quoted in June 2013 for the 275 bhp diesel was about £3.5K cheaper than the 330 bhp petrol.

I have heard no $$$ estimates for 2015s yet.

I doubt very much that there would be an attempt to increase the 2015 price by that much over a 2014 - especially when trying to build the brand and confidence in the quality of the product

Based on the new package configuration I could see the base Ghibli changing more than the base S Q4 and a loaded S Q4 less than that

You are better off waiting until there is a more accurate guide that contains the pricing for base Ghibli and base S Q4 and also corrects confusion about things like heating steering wheel, rear laminated glass etc

Anyone know when the online build will reflect the 2015 changes? Seems it's still stuck on 2014.

Trying to figure out a way to get a Ghibli with no sunroof out here for me with having some of the bare essential equipment (because the sunroof takes away too much headroom for me), it seems the 2015's might be my answer. It has about everything I need, or at least could get by with due to sunroof being a deal breaker, except for parking sensors.

BTW, do all Ghibli's come with a rearview camera as standard equipment already?

Where you from? In europe there isn't a camara as standard.

Correct, we need to remember that the term 'standard equipment' is relative to each and every continent or country.

I'm in the U.S.

Any of you guys in EU have, or have access to Ghibli's without sunroof? I'm trying to figure out how much extra head room a non-sunroof car gives versus a sunroof car.

Mine has no sunroof but don't get it until September 1st ?
****, that might be too late for me. If you can compare a moonroof car to your non-moonroof car when you get it though (approximate extra space from the moonroof, and ensuring there's are no ridges that come downward in the non-sunroof car like you have at the rear of the sunroof opening on sunroof cars), that'd be appreciated. :D
