Noise on a maserati ghibli

Have any of you guys heard this noise on your tire front right side? If you have please let me know if you guys here like a rattle noise. Thank you everyone

I took a picture of the back of my tires if anybody sees anything wrong please let me know

Tie rods go get them tightened. Had same problem. It's common.
