just out of curiosity, if i decide to change the color of my car after a few years, does painting it a different color devalue the car even if i use maserati's factory paint job? ex. re-painting it from bianco to nero?

I'm going to say 'yes' based on a story I read of just this sort of thing, on Jalopnik. Someone ordered a BMW in a certain color. The factory delivered a different color. When pushed by the owner, they offered to have the car repainted, but... the VIN would always be linked to the original color, and the consensus was that this would harm the resale value of the car.

The best way to do this is to wrap the car in different color rather than paint. U can always take it off and be back at original

If you are thinking of changing the color on a car, it is best to buy a black one to begin with. Easier to deal with the crevices that way.
