Hey guys:

I hope someone out there can help me. My Ghibli arrives the end of this month and I am buying accessories so I have them to install when the car arrives. I purchased a dash cam and the Escort Passport Max Radar detector and want to mount them directly to the power mirror. That being said could someone please post three pictures of the mirror? Side view showing the "mirror stalk", front view and view from behind so I can see the sensor and how much room there is to mount stuff.

Happy to do it, just making sure I understand your ask, you'd like 3 pictures from rear view mirror (in the interior), I'm asking since you mentioned 'Power' mirror in your post, and the interior rearview mirror is not powered.

Yes I mean the rear view mirror. It is a power source, so I apologize for any confusion. Radar Detectors and my Dash cam may directly tap into the power supplied to the mirror because its a system that is always on in the car.

I have the Escort Passport Max, have not really been able to find a creative way to mount it to the rear view, it is quite large. If anyone figures this out, let me know. The radar detector is pretty sick though, works very well.

Did you consider hard wiring the Max to the rear view mirror? I'll live with the mount under the mirror on the glass but I'd like to eliviate the corded plug.
