Thought this would be useful to consolidate where to find info on the status of fixes for the Ghibli.

Satellite Radio

From Maserati of Washington:

"I just heard back from Maserati Technical, According to them a repair for the Sirius radio is very close and should be expected in a few weeks."
Window drop not returning to full up position

Maser of Wash:

"As for the window issue he asked me to load the latest software version in to the door modules on your vehicle and recalibrate everything and retest."
Great Thread!! Can someone post any dealers who have fixed both the rear sub and tail light and any additional information (Service Bulletin, etc.) I am building a pre-delivery check list that I want to present to my dealer for my upcoming delivery in a few weeks!!
Sub-woofer

Fixed by Maser of Wash:

This fix took a couple of hours. Sub was insulated. Appears to be a known problem and solution that dealership is equipped to handle. I don't have a service bulletin.
Well at least it's something doable on a dealer level. How long did the whole process take them?
My sub while totally exposed is fine even with base cranked. Meaning it doesn't rattle or whatever. Maybe Luigi torqued the mounts harder that day. HOWEVER, some unidentified area in the rear (exhaust bracket?) does at times rattle/vibrate during idle and at low speeds. This happens almost always after a cold start. Anyone else have this problem and have it diagnosed? I should just take it to the dealer already...
I think this is a great idea for a subject for people to comment on.... is there a known issue / problem list already anywhere on the forum ?
I know of two additional known problems and have experienced both with my 3 week old S Q 4.
The first is that in extremely cold weather - low single digits- the power steering malfunction light comes in. My dealer told me that the general manager and sales manager's cars experience the smart thing.

The second was the check engine light - the dealer told me that Maserati has issued a bulletin about this. Apparently prior to shipping they did not torque the spark plugs enough and they cause a misfire. The solution is to retorque and reset the computer.

I have separately noticed a cracking in the speaker when using blue tooth.
Took delivery of our qs4 this afternoon.

No apparent rattles in the premium audio subwoofer. Based on how it sounds though, I might want to check and see if they forgot to install it. This is hands down, the second worst factory system I have ever heard in a vehicle manufactured after about 1982. ( The worst is my Elise). Fortunately, car audio isn't a big deal to me.

We brought it home in the rain. I noticed one "crab walk" on a tight right hander over a hill crest. I couldn't duplicate on flat ground though.
Problems

Not big on forums but bought my Ghibli in Redwood City. Absolutely the WORST customer service. Immediate problems with my car from day 1 (bluetooth did not work). Check engine light started flashing and car started shaking. Called Roadside assistance who picked up my car. No call from Maserati for 4 days. I called them to make sure my car was received and only received attitude from Service manager. NO software update for 2 weeks apparently and engine problems are supposedly due to the spark plugs.
I like the car but hate the service dep't at Redwood City. I will try San Jose next time. Audio SUCKS despite "premium" upgrade.
Sorry to hear that and you should also contact Maserati NA with the way you were treated.
Talk to Justin in San Jose, he's the service manager. Great guy.

Same issue on brand new car (300miles) car started shaking a low (idle) and cel went on. Hope it is not a serious issue and tightening the plugs will resolve with no other side effects. Talking to Justin in San Jose in the morning. More as it develops.
