Noticed the front wheels are making clicking noises when turning the steering wheel left/right during reversing or pulling out of a driveway in slow speed ... anyone know what it might ?

There was some issues with the SQ4 models where the tires were sticking / unsticking on the pavement do to the use of All Wheel Drive on slow tight turns. It wasn't anything to be concerned with but it's hard to say if this would be your problem. You can have problems with wheel bearings or a few other issues. If you're under warranty maybe just show the techs at the dealership to see if they have a concern.

Hope that helps!

We used to change a lot of lower control arms for similar noises when I was at the dealer (I did the ones on NYCSQ4s car for that issue). If it’s under warranty have a tech check the lower control arm bushings.
